At Little Shop of Cheer, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

We will courier orders every Wednesday using The Courier Guy.
The cut-off time for orders is Monday at 21:00. Orders received after the cut-off time will be sent the week after. When purchasing gifts, please consider that delivery will take 1-3 business days from when we send the parcels. You will be issued a tracking number on the day of delivery. From there on, the buyers will be responsible for tracking the parcel and submitting any queries to The Courier Guy directly.

Super important: Please follow up with the courier company if you have not received your parcel within five working days. As a norm, this shouldn’t be a problem, but should there be an issue, it is best to resolve it sooner than later. Making a payment will confirm that you agree to the above and will allow us sufficient time to prepare your order carefully. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Faulty or damaged products
Should an item arrive damaged, we will refund you upon return of the order.
The buyer should notify us immediately and return the items within two weeks of receiving them.

Clothing
There will be a size chart for all imported garments when purchasing clothing. Please measure accordingly, as we do not accept returns on items that do not fit. 
Please note that once we receive payment confirmation, the order is final, and you agree to the above terms.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

The Information You Need to Know

When placing an order, you agree that the necessary details will be handed over to a third-party shipping company, in this instance, The Courier Guy. The Seller will not disclose or sell any information provided to a third party other than our shipping partner.

TERMS OF SERVICE

A few basics

We will only secure orders once we receive payment. Items added to your shopping cart will not guarantee your order.
On the rare occasion where two clients pay for one item at the same time, and it is the last available item, the product will be allocated to the customer whose payment confirmation is received first, and we will refund the second customer.
